Mbazar.com Returns policy is aimed at providing a fast and effortless returns experience. All products are sold on mbazar.com should be brand new and 100% genuine. You can request to return or exchange one or more products within 48 Hours of the delivery date. How do I return/exchange my order?
To Return/Exchange your order, use our easy online return process by login to your account. Please do the following steps:
- Login to your account
- Go to my orders
- Click on return
- Select the Items that you want to return/exchange
- Follow the steps and fill in the require information to complete the process.
Who is eligible for the return?
Damaged upon delivery
Does not work according to manufacturer’s specification
The product received is not what the customer is expecting
Item delivered was wrong in size/color
The packaging has missing items/parts
Does not fit
Received the size that was ordered but does not fit
Item not as described
Item does not match website specifications, description or image, and issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation
When is return/exchange not possible?
Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will not be accepted as given below:
- Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you
- Product is used or is not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.
Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
Product was damaged after use/opening.
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
Products like innerwear, socks, lingerie, perfumes, personal and beauty care etc. Do not qualify for replacement, exchanges or refund.
Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
Product with tampered or missing serial number/IMEI number/UPC number.
Missing manufacturer tag especially in case of apparel and footwear.
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
What is the pick-up process for the return of a product?
We send the return pick-up request to our logistic partners as soon as we receive the return request from you. Our logistic partner’s pick-up the returned items within 3 days of receiving the request.
The following will be checked during return pick-up:
- Correctness of product: Brand, model number, serial number, color/design
- Completeness of box: All accessories & accompanying freebies
- Undamaged product: Product should not be damaged (dents, cracks, scuffs, scratches etc.) due to customer abuse
- Packaging: Product’s original packaging must be preserved undamaged
What are self-courier returns?
If the pick-up facility is not available, we won’t be able to accept your return pick-up request and we will have to request you to send the items to our warehouse using a courier company available in your location. After sending the shipment, please upload the shipment details through the My Returns functionality on our website/app. Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, we will refund the amount of the items and also the amount that you spent on sending the item to our warehouse.

Will I have to pay any charges for the returns?
We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups by us are done free of cost.
When Buyer Get a Refund?
Under Return policy, a refund can be provided to a Buyer if the Buyer doesn’t want the replacement product or if the requested replacement or exchange cannot be done due to product unavailability with the Seller.
